The goal of the project is to increase production efficiency through:
- the reorganization of material flows and the optimization of operations;
- the reduction of production time and operating costs;
- the application of advanced technological solutions for process automation and error minimization;
- the enhancement of production capacity and flexibility.
Fedegari implemented an integrated series of technological, digital, and organizational initiatives. New-generation machinery and advanced automation systems were introduced, including automated plants and high-precision technologies, aiming for production performance and ensuring high-quality standards.
To support these improvements, a structured digitalization process was introduced through the implementation of integrated software systems connected to the company’s management platform, ensuring data consistency, full traceability, and seamless integration across the entire production and value chain.
Moreover, the project included the reorganization of production and logistics areas, with the expansion of the manufacturing facility and the creation of a new logistics area equipped with automated vertical storage systems. These changes significantly improved the efficiency of material handling and management.
Thanks to this program, Fedegari foresees increased productivity, reduced operating costs, and ongoing enhancement of solution quality. The project also supports environmental sustainability goals through waste reduction and energy consumption optimization. It further supported the growth and development of employee skills, with a continuous focus on human capital enrichment. As a result, the company further strengthens its competitive position in international markets.
