Strengthening Relationships Across North America
In sterile manufacturing, proximity matters.
Pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers operate in environments where validation timelines are tight, regulatory expectations are high, and operational reliability is critical. In these conditions, access to the right expertise, at the right time, can make the difference between delays and progress.
For Fedegari, supporting customers in these environments means more than delivering sterilization technology. It means building relationships that bring technical expertise closer to the facilities and teams responsible for maintaining sterile processes every day.
Across North America, that strategy is taking shape through a network of trusted partners.
A Regional Strategy Built on Strong Partnerships
As life sciences manufacturing continues to expand across North America, many companies now operate across multiple facilities, regulatory frameworks, and production environments.
Supporting these organizations effectively requires more than a centralized presence. It requires partners who understand the local regulatory landscape, the operational challenges facilities face, and the expectations of customers in each market.
For Fedegari Americas, building those relationships has become an important part of the company’s long-term strategy.
Rather than working with a large number of small distributors, Fedegari focuses on building strong relationships with a select group of partners who bring deep market knowledge, technical capabilities, and trusted customer relationships.
As Roberto Nicoli explains, relationships remain central to the industry: “At the end of the day, people buy from people.” Building strong local partnerships allows Fedegari to stay close to customers while ensuring they have direct access to the expertise and support they need.
Two key partnerships are with ACIC in Canada and Equipar in Mexico, organizations that extend Fedegari’s presence while maintaining the technology leadership and engineering expertise behind the Fedegari brand.
ACIC: Expanding Support Across Canada and the United States
In Canada and parts of the United States, Fedegari works closely with ACIC Equipment, a company headquartered in Ontario that provides equipment and service solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers.
ACIC operates through two primary divisions: Pharmaceutical Service Solutions and Pharmaceutical Equipment Solutions, supporting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers with equipment and related services.
The collaboration between Fedegari and ACIC began in 2023, when ACIC was expanding its pharmaceutical equipment portfolio and sought a leading technology partner for sterilization and decontamination solutions.
What began as a sales representation agreement focused on Canada quickly evolved into a broader collaboration.
Over the past several years, the partnership has expanded to include additional territories in the United States, particularly in the Midwest, as ACIC continues to grow its presence and technical team across the region.
Today, ACIC provides Fedegari customers with local access to Fedegari sterilization technologies, along with regional support and service expertise.
Equipar: Strengthening Fedegari’s Presence in Mexico
In Mexico, Fedegari’s collaboration with Equipar reflects a long-standing relationship that has grown alongside the Mexican pharmaceutical market.
For many years, Equipar has represented Fedegari laboratory equipment across Mexico, helping establish the company’s presence with research institutions and pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout the country.
Over time, Equipar built a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer support, becoming a trusted partner for life sciences organizations operating in the region.
In 2024, the company entered a new phase of development with organizational changes and new leadership under General Manager Juan Carlos Lovo. Since then, Equipar has continued to expand its capabilities and operational structure.
Today, Equipar operates as a 140+ person organization, with dedicated teams across sales, project management, engineering, and service.
Recognizing the strength of this infrastructure, Fedegari expanded the partnership in 2026. Equipar now serves not only as a reseller for laboratory equipment but also as a sales agent for Fedegari’s industrial product line in Mexico.
This structure allows customers to work with a single local point of contact in Mexico while still benefiting from Fedegari’s global expertise and technical support.
A North American Support Network
While ACIC and Equipar operate in different markets, the partnerships share a common objective: bringing Fedegari’s expertise closer to the customers who rely on it.
Both organizations provide important regional capabilities, including:
- Local market expertise
- Engineering and project support
- Sales and service infrastructure
- Faster response times for operational needs
At the same time, Fedegari supports these partners with global technical resources, including sales engineering, product expertise, and lifecycle service support.
Together, this model creates a connected support structure across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers access the technology, expertise, and local support required to operate complex sterile environments.
As sterile manufacturing continues to evolve, Fedegari remains focused on strengthening partnerships that bring its technology and expertise closer to customers across North America.
Because in sterile processing, success depends not only on technology, but on the strength of the partnerships behind it.
