More Than Equipment:
A Process-First Approach
What sets Fedegari apart is not just our equipment, but our deep expertise in processes. Sterilization and decontamination requirements are complex and require more than just operating instructions. They require true process understanding.
The Training Academy emphasizes this process-first approach. Participants don’t just learn how to use a machine, they learn why processes matter, how to troubleshoot issues, and how to design solutions that fit the unique needs of pharmaceutical, biotech, food, and cosmetic applications.
Value for Both Customers and Employees
The Training Academy is an integral hub for both customers and employees offering support close to home for our U.S. and regional partners.
- For customers, it provides hands-on training to help them maximize the value of their equipment. Whether a company is purchasing new sterilization systems, developing cycles, or testing new processes, the Academy delivers practical knowledge that translates directly into stronger performance and faster innovation. Fedegari is committed to acting as a strategic partner for major players across pharmaceutical, biotech, food processing and cosmetics.
- For employees, the Academy ensures Fedegari’s technical teams remain on the cutting edge. From entry-level engineers to validation specialists, continuous training equips our teams to support customers with confidence and precision.
This dual focus strengthens Fedegari’s role as both a trusted industry partner and a leader in sterile manufacturing innovation.
Hands-On Learning Close to Home
The Sellersville Training Academy brings Fedegari’s global expertise closer to local customers. Instead of traveling overseas to Italy for training, U.S. partners can access the same high-level knowledge right here in Pennsylvania.
Classes combine classroom instruction with hands-on learning in the Tech Center. Customers gain practical experience with live equipment, making it easier to understand not just how to operate systems but also how to correctly apply sterilization and decontamination processes effectively in their own facilities.
Driving Customer Success
By investing in training, thousands of customers have gained more than technical skills. The Academy provides cycle development, proof-of-concept testing, and ongoing support while giving teams the chance to collaborate directly with Fedegari experts. Hands-on sessions inside the Tech Center let customers work with real equipment in applied scenarios, helping them refine processes, explore new drugs, and shorten go-to-market timelines. For many, training is not an optional add-on but a core part of their partnership with Fedegari. One of the world largest pharma manufacturers, based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA explained: “The training at Fedegari was extremely helpful to familiarize our teams with the processes related to our specific applications in advance, reducing the time to production of new units installed at our facility.”
Part of a Global Learning Network
The Pennsylvania Training Academy is one of several hubs in the Fedegari Learning Campus Experience, which connects centers in Italy, Belgium, Singapore, and now the Americas. This network ensures knowledge is shared globally and adapted locally, giving customers the benefit of a worldwide exchange of expertise. As Roberto Nicoli, Managing Director of Fedegari Americas, puts it, “Training has always been central to Fedegari’s mission. We don’t just provide equipment; we provide expertise.’
