The attention the company puts on these risks is also demonstrated by the choice of partner supporting the activities: the\u00a0<strong>environmental research center of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icsmaugeri.it\/\">Istituti Clinici Scientifici (ICS) Mauger<\/a><\/strong>i, which has been working in the field of workplace medicine and worker health protection since 1965.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20401&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeInDown&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firefighting course<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The 22 employees (including 2 volunteer firefighters) took part in the\u00a0<strong>firefighting course held by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aptgroup.it\/\">APT Safety Group<\/a><\/strong>, a center specializing in specific techniques, courses and training on workplace safety, at the equipped training center in Bornasco.<\/p>\n<p>The course, aimed at improving promptness and the ability to intervene in critical situations, included a\u00a0<strong>theoretical part and practical training<\/strong>\u00a0on both firefighting and emergency response incident scenarios. Participants had to demonstrate their level of readiness and understanding of the program content.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the main topics covered during the course were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main causes of fire in relation to the specific work environment<\/li>\n<li>Specific fire prevention and firefighting measures<\/li>\n<li>The importance of monitoring work environments<\/li>\n<li>Procedures to adopt when a fire is detected<\/li>\n<li>Methods of evacuation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20406&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20396&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeInDown&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firefighting and first aid course<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Prompt action in emergency situations<\/strong>\u00a0is of fundamental importance within a company such as ours as well as in ordinary life. In fact, risks can be multiple and it is necessary to\u00a0<strong>act quickly and rationally to avoid damage to property and people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to mitigate these dangers, in the project to expand and &#8220;professionalize&#8221; the mandatory Fire and First Aid Teams, a team of 22 employees distributed among the various Fedegari departments has been created with the task of\u00a0<strong>leading operations and supporting their colleagues in critical situations<\/strong>\u00a0such as fire or injury or illness situations.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cIt was extremely useful and interesting to attend these courses both to be able to act properly and professionally while on the job and to be prepared to deal with accidents that may occur outside the workplace. The courses were well organized and the instructors were very qualified. This made it possible to transfer the necessary skills in a very effective way.&#8221;-said Emanuele Mutti, one of the members of the new\u00a0firefighting and first aid teams.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20413&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeInDown&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>First Aid Officer Course<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ensuring a high level of safety in all work situations, the group took part in the\u00a0<strong>First Aid Officers course<\/strong>\u00a0held at the auditorium of our headquarters in Albuzzano.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the topics covered during the course were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification of vital signs<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the intervention\u00a0scheme<\/li>\n<li>Communication\u00a0with 112 operators<\/li>\n<li>Techniques for approaching the traumatized person<\/li>\n<li>Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS) techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Besides ensuring safety and adding value to our organization, these courses represent important social value.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le tematiche e gli argomenti appresi dai partecipanti, infatti, possono essere sfruttati in situazioni critiche anche all\u2019esterno dei cancelli Fedegari, traducendosi in un alto valore per le persone che ci circondano.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;]<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00c8 molto bello vedere i partecipanti ai corsi cos\u00ec motivati ed interessati all\u2019argomento.
